24 - Thankful For My Family

 - I'm thankful for my friends and family.  God has placed two wonderful children in my care, and a husband who loves me for who I am.  And who I am is a goofy and silly kid at heart.  Thanks, Lon for just letting me be me!

A Countdown to Thanksgiving...With a Purpose!

Fall is in the air!!!   Yes, I know.  The beginning of the cozy season starts in September, but in Florida, you don't start feeling it until about November.  There's a little nip in the air, and you can almost smell the warmth of pumpkin spice or a delicious sweet potato pie in the air.

A Really, I Am Moment: New-Age Moms Make Me Burp!

Any Sanford and Son fans out there?  I'm asking because I want to make sure you understand when I say some things in life just give me gas!  If Fred Sanford didn't like something, his excuse was because it gave him gas or made him burp.  I've kind of adopted the phrase for stupid stuff that people do.  And in this Really, I Am rant, I'm targeting moms.

Update on New Designs

As you know, I've been testing out some of the new designs from Blogger.  I've decided to stick with my own design for now.  I think a little more work has to be done to perfect the new designs.  I loose a lot of my tools and gadgets with the new designs, and there are some things that I don't want displayed that are showing up.

So it's back to my original look...all warm and fuzzy Fall colors!  Enjoy!

I promised to let you know when I changed the design.  I wasn't feeling Flipcard view, so I decided to switch to Snapshot.  Let me know what you think!

SOMETHING'S DIFFERENT....

Well, after I spent weeks revamping the look of the blog, Blogger has enticed me with 7 new designs.  I have picked out my top 4 favs.  This week's choice is the Flipcard view. I will be testing it out for the next few weeks.  I'll let you know when the design changes, but they're so distinctly different that you'll notice right off the bat.   I would ask for input, but I know how shy my readers are.  You guys never leave comments or use the easy reaction buttons at the end of each posts.  But it's all good, though.  I have my ways of finding out what you like. *wink*
